This product is a downloadable booklet that describes a dietary scheme that has been used successfully in clinical practice by a medical specialist but this specialist is no longer in clinical practice and is not entering into a doctor patient relationship with you, such that you purchase this diet as information only, it is used at your own risk and no ongoing clinical care can be inferred from the purchase of this booklet.

4. You should seek emergency help or follow up care when recommended by a health professional.
5. You should continue to consult with your regular qualified healthcare professional and other healthcare professionals as recommended by them or a Provider, and inform them that you have followed this diet and about your response to the diet.
6. Before stopping, starting or modifying any treatment. You should, without fail, seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional concerning questions you have regarding a medical condition.
7. Continue to take any regular medical treatment as prescribed by your doctor.
Not an Insurance Product
1. Operator is not an insurer, the Services are not insurance products, and the amounts that you pay to Operator are not insurance premiums. If you desire any type of health or other insurance, you will need to purchase such insurance separately, or make sure you have access or are eligible to a public health system in your Member State of residence.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

ORDERING AND PURCHASING OF PRODUCT (S).

1. If you purchase a product, this is a one time purchase of the diet booklet and does not in any way imply any ongoing care. The diet booklet is designed as a stand alone information booklet describing a diet plan that has been found by previous users to provide relief, either partial or complete, from IBS symptoms.
2. The price the product may change from time to time.
Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing
1. If a product is listed with a price that is incorrect, due to typographical error or error in pricing information received, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products that have been listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account has been charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a credit to your account for the amount of the charge.
